Personal data
Any personal data entrusted to the “Andrzej Bertrandt Galeria” website, hereinafter referred to as ‘the GALLERY”, by Users and/or Customers are processed by the Personal Data Controller, which is PRYZMAT Katarzyna i Wojciech Puza sp.j., with its registered office in Warsaw (01-163), ul. Jan Ostroroga 18c Warsaw, KRS: 0000098652, NIP: 848-10-00-123, REGON: 016090427, hereinafter referred as PRYZMAT.

PRYZMAT, in accordance with the regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”), fully recognizes and respects the right of Users and Customers to personal data privacy and protection.

The GALLERY does not sell, does not provide and not lend to third parties any personal data of Users and Customers and undertakes not to revoke this rule anytime in the future.

Your personal data (first and last name, address details, telephone, e-mail) will be processed by PRYZMAT only for the following:
• completion of orders submitted electronically, by phone or in person,
• sending calculations (in response to inquiries).

The provision of data is necessary for the conclusion of the agreement for the provision of services and/or for execution of orders.

Each data subject shall have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of data, the right of objection, the right to transfer data and the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority.

Your personal data will be stored only for the time necessary for the provision of services or for the execution of the order and for a maximum of 5 years in order to document the performance of services, compliance with the obligations arising from the provisions of law, including in particular the tax and accounting laws, in connection with the possible need to defend in the event of claims and for statistical and archiving purposes.

Payments
Payments in the GALLERY are handled by PayU.pl belonging to PayU S.A. In this case personal data provided in forms related to transactions are administered by PayU S.A. PayU.pl service forms are on their servers and are encrypted in accordance with the required security technologies.

Cookies
GALERIA applies Cookies, i.e. data saved by the server on a user’s PC which can be read by the server each time this PC is connected to the website. Cookies saved by GALERIA do not contain any personal data. Cookies require to be accepted by the user’s browser and not to be deleted from the drive. Stats
GALERIA applies tools provided by Google to analyse statistical data.
